Riding the Wave of Growth: Celebrating Our Win at the 2026 RWC Conference

By Carla Timbrell

Taking home the title of ‘No. 1 Office for Property Management Growth’ and reflecting on the power of the Ray White Commercial network.

There is nothing quite like the energy of a room filled with industry leaders, all driven by a shared commitment to commercial excellence. Last week, we travelled to Sydney for the 2026 Ray White Commercial (RWC) Conference held at the ICC in Darling Harbour. The two-day event was a masterclass in high performance, strategy, and market foresight.

However, the absolute highlight of the trip came during the awards gala, where our hard work over the past year was formally recognised on the national stage:

No. 1 Office for Property Management Growth (Gross New Managements 2025/2026)

Property management is the heartbeat of any commercial real estate business, built entirely on client trust, rigorous attention to detail, and proactive strategy. Winning this specific award underscores the immense faith our landlords and investors have placed in us as we safeguard and optimise their commercial assets.

“I was genuinely surprised! We knew we had experienced amazing initial growth, but to actually win an award on this scale was unexpected. We are absolutely loving the new business, loving riding this wave of growth, and we have so many exciting things planned for the future.”— Carla Timbrell

This rapid initial growth has been a testament to our dedicated team and our proactive approach to the market. But as we reflected on our win, another critical factor stood out: the unparalleled strength of the RWC network.

Being part of RWC means we don’t operate in isolation. The conference in Sydney was a powerful reminder of how fantastic it is to meet and collaborate with so many successful businesses from right across the country. We had the opportunity to learn from the best in the business, exchange market insights, and connect with people who offer invaluable mentorship.

This collective wisdom and culture of collaboration are just a few of the many benefits of being part of this network—benefits that translate directly into the high-quality, commercially astute advice we deliver to our property management clients back home.

As we head back to the office with our new award (and a notebook full of fresh ideas), we are more motivated than ever. The foundation is set, the momentum is building, and we cannot wait to share what is next for our clients and our community.
